"Great vacation home!"

We stayed for a week and this vacation home gave us the feeling of being right at home each night we came back from the theme parks. We had no problems locating the place and was able to get many restaurants and shops close by. Absolutely will come back next year!!! Thank you Julie for having us stay here. We all had a wonderful time.

"An amazing family holiday!!!"

 My family and I had planned this family get-away over a year ago and looked at several potential holiday villas in the Kissimmee area and decided upon Belles palace and we were all so very pleased that we did. from the very beginning Julie Parkinson proved to be a wonderful person to deal with and could not have been more helpful from the advise given at the very beginning right up until we returned home. The villa was all that we had expected it to be and more and although we were eleven people in total (including our five grandchildren) we never felt as though we were "on top of each other." The accomodation itself, the location and the amenties all combined to make this a true holiday to remember! We all have said that we would love to go back and maybe we will in 2015 when my wife reaches the grand old age of (?). I leave you to work out what that might be but a clue might just be that I am 70 this year and she is two years younger than me! Bells Palace comes highly recommended by the Marchant family

"Belle's Palace met all my expectations"

This was my first experience in working with a owner directly; therefore, I felt a little nervous. However, Julie, the owner, was a delight to work with and made the whole process so easy. The home was exactly as advertized. The house was just as beautiful and accomodating as the pictures indicated. Checking in was such an easy process as well. The location was perfect for visiting all the Disney World parks. We were able to reach our park destination each day within a few minutes. I especially loved the "home-away-from home" atmosphere that we enjoyed during our stay. I will be recommending not only Belle's Palace, but the Flipkey process to all my friends and family.

"A wonderful base for a very special large family holiday"

Eleven family members, out of a total party size of twenty-one, stayed at this beautiful home for a very special two weeks. We had initially planned to use the Clubhouse for gatherings, but found that Julie's fabulous house was spacious and comfortable enough for us all to meet and spend quality time together. The pool was a particular draw for the ten children - shallow enough to be safe for the young ones, but deep enough at one end for family games.

Julie herself was a godsend. Incredibly helpful and efficient, she helped us with all aspects of our holiday planning and also remained in contact throughout our stay, to help with any queries. What a star!

Belle's Palace was amazing. What a beautiful, well kept home. This house is equipped with everything families could possibly need. We stayed at Belles Palace with our nine children who range in age from 2 years old to 18 years old and there was something there to keep all of the children happy. From the pool and jacuzzi, to the private game room, filled with pool toys and games for all ages, to the Disney themed rooms, and club house game room, we remained very busy yet there was time to relax in the heated spa and pool after our long days at the parks.

 The house is kept very clean and it is stocked with essentials. Julie is very attentive and made our stay comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at Belles palace again. In fact, none of us wanted to leave. I highly recommend this vacation house to anyone staying in the area with their family. Loved it!

"This property really is as good as the promotional materials say"

We took a family vacation to Disney - two young children, two grandparents and one uncle. Belle's Palace hardly felt like a rental. Beautifully furnished and maintained. All the bedrooms were of top quality and the living-dining room-kitchen area was bright and well put together.
Location provides good access to Disney and the south side of Orlando. Close to I-4. About 20 minutes drive from MCO.
The grounds are perfectly maintained. We had to call the service company for a minor issue and their response was timely and completely professional. Overall, a superb experience.

"Terrific place to stay"

When we were looking for a house to rent in Orlando for ourselves, our daughter, son-in-law and 4 grandchildren we went on several sites and came upon "Belles Palace". We rented condo's before and when we arrived the places were not like the pictures. When we arrived at "Belles Palace" we were amazed to see the house was even nicer than the pictures. We even received a phone call the next day from Julie welcoming us and asking if we needed anything. The house had everything.
Being right in with Windsor Palms made the area extra special. The grandkids loved going to the theatre, playing the games, and going to the park. My daughter and her husband loved the idea that it was situated so close to Disney and other parks. It is in an ideal area close to stores and restaurants.
Unfortunately, we were there when the weather dipped to 30 degrees and the furnance stopped working. With a phone call to Paul and Julie the problem was fixed within an hour. A temporary thermostat was put on which gave us all the heat we needed but poor Julie was up all night worrying we were freezing. Julie phoned again the next morning to see if we were okay and I assured her everything was great.
We would definitely stay at Belles Palace again and have spread the word to family and friends what a terrific place to stay. Julie is a remarkable lady who is wonderful to work with and makes sure your stay in incredible.

"A Magical holiday in a Magical House"

We were an extended family of 11 people and we stayed in Belles-Palace for 3 weeks, The house itself is so close to the airport and the Parks,even shops were nearby. Belles Palace is even better than my own home, the beds were to die for, the kitchen had everything you need and more. The pool and spa were glorious and the surroundings were maitained beautifully. This house caters for Grandparents down to infants. Dealing with the owner was joy and nothing was too much bother. The only negative thing about Belles Palace is when you have to pack your bags and leave, my children cried all the way to the airport until I promised we would return again.

"Fab-u-lous"

As this was our first time in a rented home in Florida, you can imagine that we were a little apprehensive, but after staying at the beautiful Belles Palace it has changed our views immensely, it was a Palace by name and we (our family) had the time of our lives, it has everything anyone needs and more.

  "Beautiful,Luxury Villa"

Belles-Palace is a luxury Villa in a perfect location for all the theme parks and access to the I4.The villa is in a "gated community" so you feel very safe.The club house,and its many amenities are nearby.
The villa is luxurious,yet homely,much thought has been taken into everything that the guests might want or need,and is off the highest quality.
Julie is only a phonecall away,and queries or problems are resolved immediately.

"Palace it was"

We had 2 groups in this complex. The other group stayed in the exact same house down the street. Our house was 10 times nicer in every way, It was beautifuly funished, and it had every amenity that a house should have. The other house was bland and old, gross furniture. I will not only recommend this house. I will tell everyone I come across that they should stay here. If we ever go back to florida I will schedule my trip around the availability of this particular home.

"Our stay at Belles Palace"

We were astounded as we walked through the door and was still astounded when our vacation was over Belles Palace had everything and more that we could have ever needed. The booking was extremely smooth right from the start to getting through the door i could not believe it. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. The upgrades you have done are amazing and show how much pride you take into looking after us guests we will be booking again with you very shortly and look forward to staying at Belles palace again. Belles palace is so close to Disney we came home three times in one day and was greatly appreciated when we arrived back to magic kingdom at night for the fire work display only to realize we had left our tickets at home but not a problem. May i also take this opportunity in commenting how sparkling clean and organized Belles palace is I have never stayed somewhere so perfect and I can't seem to thank you enough, my daughter wanted to stay and never leave. It was your photographs that caught my eye and I am so glad they did it certainly stands up to its name.

"Simply the best!"

Such a nice, comfortable, calm place to stay! It is clean, immaculately maintained, spacious, and has every amenity you could imagine. The pool is wonderful. Mrs. Parkinson is a delight to talk to. The house is very close to Disney (maybe 10 mins), a little further from Universal (about 20 mins), but still within an easy drive. There is a spectacular beach a little over an hour away (Canaveral National Seashore). The gated community is wonderful. But the house is so nice, we only went to the clubhouse once. Belles Palace is a welcome rest from the crowds at the parks. It was restful, spacious, simply wonderful. We hated to leave! Mrs. Parkinson is so nice, and handles every detail. You really do feel like you're staying in a good friend's house. Truly a delight!

"Great Stay at Belle's Palace"

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Belle's Palace. We rented this property on line and read the posted reviews and were impressed. I must say we were not disappointed. The owner's Julie and Roger are the most gracious hosts and cannot do enough to make your planning and stay a pleasant one. It is obvious that they care to make you happy and also make sure that their property is inviting as it is very well maintained. The property is located within about a 10-12 minutes drive to all the Disney Parks and there are numerous restaurants and shopping available within about 5 minutes. As noted above the property is fantastic. There were eleven of us on vacation and the property is spacious enough that you never feel like you are in each others way. Also the advertisement on the amentities is not misleading as there is everything mentioned plus more. If you are going to Disney check to see if this property is available and if so do not hesitate to book it as you will not be disappointed.

"Magical Vacation"

Julie: We just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful stay at Belle's Palace. This was the first time we rented a vacation home and you were always helpful and quick to answer all of our questions. We had seen the video and the pictures on line, but the home was bigger and better than we could have imagined. The villa is magnificent. We had everything that we needed. The location of the villa was perfect because it is directly across from the clubhouse and we always felt safe in the gated community.Being only 10minutes to Disney World was a bonus. We absolutely loved Belle's Palace and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. It is a true "home away from home". We can hardly wait to return. Thank you again Julie for everything.

 "A fantastic home away from home. Loved it!"

We have rented many vacation homes over the years, and this was absolutely the best ever. I cannot think of one thing to improve upon; the whole gated community was clean, pleasant, friendly and well-serviced, the house was spotless, the decor was lovely, every amenity was included, the rooms were charming and very comfortable, the furnishings were tasteful and the house felt like home, from the well-equipped games-room to the convenient, central kitchen. The pool was a great added bonus for the family to lounge around together during lazy hours. The clubhouse offers lots of fun for the family, although we were so happy in our own unit that we barely had time to use the clubhouse facilities! The owners were very accessible and helpful - any questions we had were answered promptly and pleasantly. I have already recommended this home to friends and relatives and I would be delighted to stay here again. A wonderful vacation experience!

My family and I were lucky to find such a wonderful location. Belles Palace is a beautifully decorated and extremely clean home away from home. It is located close to all the parks and is in a secure gated community, which made it very easy to sleep at night.

We knew what the villa was going to look like from the video, but when we arrived it was so much bigger than we could have imagined. We where a party of 10 and there was so much space, we were never under each others feet. The pool and spa was great for when we came home from a long day at the parks, and watching the wildlife in the morning. The game room was brillant for the kids and men lol. The location was ideal about 1 mile away from the main strip for eating & shopping etc, 10mins from Disney's door, 6 miles from Walmart Superstore and that was a day out in itself.

The onsite facilities were also brillant, the cinema was lovely for the kids and everyone was so friendly and always happy.
From the moment I enquired about Belles-Palace right through to the return home Julie made me feel like I had known her for years. Making sure we had everything arranged back at home and her call on the first day there was lovely, she is a lady who cares about your holiday, which is something you dont get from pre-booked holiday villas. I will recommend Belles-Palace to everyone I know who is off to sunny Florida.

"Great Family Vacation"

We have just recently returned from out family vacation to Orlando. The home was very nice and the community offered may amenities that others we have stayed with in the past did not - club house with free movie theatre and sundry shop was very convenient. It was very well situated - close to Disney exits and shopping/restuarants on the Irlo Bronson Highway. I especially liked that the house was fully equipt with all the baby items we needed - play yard, strollers, monitor, baby gates and a selection of toys which the kids enjoyed. We did experience some issues with the pool alarm which was inconvenient and the management company was unable to resolve the issue during our stay. Julie (home owner) was very nice and easy to deal with and the welcome call on our arrival was a nice touch. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay at Belles Palace. We absolutely fell in love with your home. It was spacious and clean and we loved having TV's in all of the rooms…it was such a nice feature at bed time! It was so nice having a pool and hot tub right outside our door. We spent many evenings on the patio -- it was so relaxing after a day of "hustle and bustle" and the parks. You were right…Discovery Cove was awesome…what a wonderful memory!! "Belles Palace - Our Home away from Home!"

For the past two years, we have rented Belles Palace for an extended stay - 4 weeks in 2009 and 6 weeks in 2010. We have already booked yet another vacation at Belles Palace for 8 weeks in 2011! We would not consider renting a different home for our Florida vacation! The villa is magnificent - beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we have needed for our stays. The location of the villa is perfect because it is a corner property directly across from clubhouse, and it is a short drive to Disney World parks. The owners, Julie and Roger, could not possibly be more attentive to our needs. We are welcomed with a phone call from Julie to make sure that the villa is completely ready for our arrival. If any problem should arise, she contacts the property manager and the problem is corrected immediately. Each year, we have invited extended family to visit, and they, too, have been overwhelmed by the beauty and comfort of the villa! We absolutely love Belles Palace, and we highly recommend it as a "home away from home" and a wonderful place for a vacation in central Florida.

Outstanding facilities and comfort.!

Belles-Palace is ideally located for all the Orlando Parks. The facilities for a group of eleven people aged from 9 to 55 were excellent, with something for everyone. Having wireless network at the villa was a real plus as we were holidaying during the recent volcano cloud sagas and we could regularly check on our airline. Mrs Parkinson could not have been more helpful from when we first made contact until the end of our visit.
Maybe the one negative for us was that the aircon was not cool enough. But other things more than made up for it.!! We loved our stay.

"A Home Away From Home"

We had the most amazing time in Florida. It was our first time ever and it won't be our last. We would most definately stay in a villa again and would want to stay at Belles Palace as our first choice. I was amazed that with 10 people staying in the villa, it was so easy to keep clean and picked up. Everything we needed was there. Julie was easy to communicate with and it felt more like dealing with a friend or relative than a stranger. It was exactly as described. We were only minutes from Disney as well as other attractions, shopping and resturaunts. We had a great time at the Fun Spot in Old Town which was just down the road. The clubhouse was just across the way and the kids loved the movie theater and bikes to rent. The pool was just what the kids ordered, right outside our door. The game room was great and the pool table was used frequently.The younger children loved the toys and games and loved being in the game room as well. All of my relatives wanted a tour and were amazed as we were. Thank you Julie and family for a home away from home. For making your home so warm and inviting and most of all so very comfortable to be in. Even following a record cold spell we were warm and cozy in the house and in the pool.

Lovely accommodation and great location

We had a great time in florida even though it was the worst winter for many years. The Jacuzzi warmed up the frozen limbs in the evening. The accommodation is superb; plenty of room for all of us. We did not hire a car but used taxis all week to go to the resorts (a $20 - $25 ride). The supermarket is only ten minutes away. Julie was great before, during and after the booking helping us book tickets for Disney and making sure we were all settled in on the first morning. The club house is just across the road and the shop is very handy for the essentials and and English newspaper each morning!
We would definately stay here again and recommmed it to anyone.

We were a party of eleven spanning three generations and all had a wonderful time. The Villa is exactly as shown in the film, it was soooo! nice. The children loved the pool and the games room, the adults loved the space and privacy.We were very close to all the parks and outlets. We thought at first that the park tickets were expensive but, when you go there and see what you get for your money it is actually very reasonable.The parks have something for every age and taste. I personally do not like rollercoasters or high rides but there were plenty of rides that I could enjoy. They are all so well done and such value for money.Everyone was so friendly and helpful. At the end of each day we came back to our beautiful villa, where it was so restfull and comfortable. Thank you Julie and Roger for allowing us to live in your lovely home while we were in Florida. I would also like to thank you for your helpful and prompt replies to all the emails that I sent to you. You were very helpful and informative.

"Wonderful House"

"We loved everything about this place. It felt like visiting very good friends, a real home from home. There were eleven of us,three generations of the family and we all agree it was ideal. "Amazing House, Amazing Resort"

Thank you for allowing us to use your fabulous, luxurious 6 bedroom home for the last couple of weeks! We were two families totalling 9 people and never once did we feel as though we were in each other's way. We loved that every drawer and cupboard in the kitchen was loaded with all the necessities of home...we did not lack anything! The backyard pool was the highlight of the home! Words cannot possibly describe the fantastic vacation we had during our four week stay at Belles Palace! Although we visited the parks and enjoyed other activities, we were happy just to stay at the villa, relaxing by the pool.
You have thought of everything to make your home comfortable for your guests. In all of our travels, we have never stayed in a home so well equipped! We enjoyed every moment of our stay in your beautiful villa and would not dream of looking for another place for our vacation next year.

What a beautiful, well appointed property. Perfect for a larger family to gather the troops for a vacation at Disney. The kids were as excited to come home from the Magic Kingdom and play in the heated pool and gameroom as they were to go to the parks!

"Holiday to remember"

I would like to say thanks to Julie and Roger for providing a wonderful house for our stay in Florida. The house is at a very high standard and is a welcome to come back to after a day at the parks. You can really feel at home with the added bonus of a games room to keep the kids happy (if they had any energy left). The beds rooms were first rate and when your our heads hit the pillows your out like a light. The whole expericence was wonderful and we would recommend this house to all our friends and family. The only down side is that we can't take the house back home with us, have to make do with the wonderful memories, and next visit. Julie and Roger once again you were great in all aspects of booking and details and we can't thank you enough.

"We arrived with minimal expectation as our choice was made purely on information from the internet and the prompt and great way the owner responded to all inquiries. The moment we stepped into the villa, we felt so at ease and comfortable despite arriving past midnight!! The next seven nights provided great bonding for 5 siblings and their families. "What a beautiful villa. The description and photos did not actually do it justice as it was actually lighter and brighter than on the photos. Julie could not have been more helpful and friendly and it was lovely of her to ring and make sure that we were all alright and that everything was ok. Our 3 teenage boys thought the games room was wonderful and there was a pool tournament betwen them all holiday. We love Florida and go most years and this was definately the nicest villa we have stayed in. And a BIG thank you to Julie for letting us stay in the villa till what time we liked on the last day. It was so nice to be able to relax before the flight home and not just be walking round killing time before we had to go to the airport.
The parks were all great as usual and there were some new rides for us to try along with all our old favourites.
Our weather was beautiful and we only saw rain on one day which must be a record as on previous years we have had rain every day. Aquatica is a great new water park but we felt it was more for younger children as the flumes were very straight forward, having teenage boys they much preferred the big exciting flumes of Wet n Wild.
As always none of us wanted to come home and I must say to Julie "You lucky thing to have such a beautiful Florida home and if I was you I would want to be there all the while!"

The house had everything we needed and the clubhouse pool was right out the back door. (However the kids loved the pool at the

house and stayed in it around the clock)

We had a wonderful time staying at the Belles Palace.

Everything that you could need or want was provided by the owners.

The house was clean, tasteful furnished/decorated, and SO CLOSE to everything!
If staying, please inquire at the clubhouse about the short cut to the back entrance to the Disney parks...

it really saves a lot of miles and time.
Julie, the owner, was fantastic to work with. She was very attentive to our needs, responded to emails promptly & courtesly,

and genuinely cared about our experience in her home. I cannot say enough about the professionalism that she displayed.
We had such a pleasant experience that we plan to stay at the Belle House next year when we return to Orlando.

We definitely recommend the Parkinson's home to anyone looking to rent a vacation home in the Kissimmee area that

wants all the feel of home at Disney's doorstep.
