When is Pool heat recommended at Belles?
Pool heat is recommended between the months of October - May.
Full Pool heat is charged at $25 per day and runs for 12 hours per day, part pool heat is charged at $12.50 per day and runs for 5 hours a day.
Pool heat is required if you wish to use the Spa.
What are Check in/ Check out times at Belles?
Check in time is from 4pm
Check out time is before 10am
Check in and Check out Days are always a Saturday.
What’s included in Belles Baby Package?
A Portable wooden crib, A pack and Play Crib, A high chair, A stroller, Childrens cutlery, plates and cups, Nightlights, childrens dvds and books, Baby monitor and a childs car booster seat.
How do I gain access to Belles Palace?
Belles Palace has keyless entry system. No collecting keys from remote key holding offices.
Every guest booking will receive a different unique door access code which will only be valid for the duration of your vacation. The access code is provided 3 weeks prior to check in on receipt of your security deposit.
This system allows every member of the Party to come and go as they please as there is no waiting for the key holder, plus is the most secure as there are no keys to lose.
Is a Grill or Bbq available at Belles?
A Grill or Bbq can be hired for the duration of your stay. A grill can be added to your booking which will be delivered clean with a full tank of gas for your stay at a rate of $70 per week

Orlando International Airport (MCO) - 24 Miles Approx. 27 minute drive.
Sanford International Airport (SFB) - 51miles Approx. 55 minute drive.

Centrally located in Florida you have the choice of some of Americas Best beaches within a short drive.

Are Linens and towels provided?
Yes, Linens and towels are provided for your stay. We also have washing and drying facilities if you wish to launder during your stay.
Are internet and phone calls included at Belles?
Yes, the house has free high speed wireless internet. Also included in the rate are unlimited local and national calls and 60 minutes international phone calls per stay.
Does the Resort have a Shuttle service to the Parks?
Yes, The shuttle service picks up from the resort clubhouse 7 days a week please check with the clubhouse for current times and rates. Currently it is $11 per person per day. The shuttle serves all the major theme parks.
